The pancake is a thick 'crepe' with a small diameter (around 9.5cm), traditionally served on breakfast tables in the UK and North America. For several years now, it has been making its appearance on French tables.
Serving suggestions: Serve lightly warmed in a frying pan or toaster, with a knob of butter and a drizzle of maple syrup or honey. A real treat for the taste buds.
