Unpasteurized, it is made by hand in Brussels.

Frizzante (Pétillant) : Finement pétillant et délicatement aromatisé à la bergamote de Calabre et au romarin de Salerne.
Naturale (Naturel): L'essence de cet aperitivo réside dans son levurage naturel dès le début de sa production.
