first experimentation on a recipe belonging to our perennial range: Hoppy Madame. Aged for 7 months in a barrel containing Cantillon lambic, it has a fine acidity and a typically Brussels character.

Brasserie En Stoemelings
Sam et Denys sont des passionnés. Ils aiment la bière. Tout particulièrement les styles qui ont fait la renommée internationale de la Belgique. Rien de tel qu’une blanche et qu’une triple pour ravir les papilles de ces deux amis. En 2011, ils commencent à brasser « en stoemelings » avant d’ouvrir officiellement leur brasserie en 2014. Aujourd’hui installés dans un espace flexible de 430 m², ils ne cessent de se développer et de perfectionner leur offre et leurs produits.
