Mixture of 4 varieties of dried wild mushrooms: ceps, trumpets, chanterelles, mousserons.
Directions for use : Rinse and rehydrate the mushrooms for 10 minutes in warm water, or directly in a frying pan with a glass of water or stock and a knob of butter. Cook covered over moderate heat for 5 min, then uncover and cook over low heat for 10 min, until they have regained have regained their suppleness and have coloured slightly. Add a little liquid during cooking if necessary.
