Basic recipe: 1 measure of couscous, 1 measure of water, toasted sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of vegetable stock powder. Mix the couscous with the oil and stock. Bring the water to the boil and pour over the couscous. Cover and leave to swell for 10 minutes. Loosen the couscous with a fork.
