White root in the shape of a carrot, very easy to grow. Sweet taste. The sugar level increases if the root is subjected to frost. Conservation possible in the ground in winter.


Sow 2 cm deep, between March and mid-June. Distance of 30 cm between rows, thinning to 10 cm within the row. Maturities in 4 to 5 months. The parsnip can be stored in place in winter. Be careful of the leaves, which, although edible, are photosensitizing.
