Delicious raw leafy vegetable for backyard crops. Can be harvested several times. Very frost resistant, resumes in spring and allows to taste the first fresh salads.
Sow in August in the field or from mid-September to October in a tunnel, 1 cm deep and 25 x 15 cm apart. Winter purslane germinates best if the temperature is below 12°C.
